The Great Library of Paris suffered huge losses when thieves broke in and stole several ancient texts held there for generations. In their haste, they also took lessor volumes, but some that held knowledge that the tutors and scholars of Paris hold valuable. These, they dropped about the streets, not knowing what pearls of wisdom laid within. The Counsellor has been commissioned to retrieve them for the good of all.
